2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager

With its highly successful previous redesign, which has consistently placed th Plymouth Grand Voyager on the top of the minivan heap, The Grand Voyager enters the year 2000 with no major revisions. Equipment availability has been slightly restructured. All models now come with an AMFM stereo with cassette. Additional standard features include front climate control, a cargo net, child safety locks and full-length color-keyed carpeting. Four new exterior colors have been added for this year: Bright Silver, Patriot Blue, Aquamarine and Shale Green.

he SE upgrades the base by adding power heated outside mirrors, floor mats, cruise control, tilt-steering and four-wheel anti-lock brakes. The optional Climate Group II includes air conditioning, solar control and sunscreen glass. Additional options include a roof rack, an engine block heater, tow hooks and a Smoker's Group. The Plymouth Voyager is the most affordable member of DaimlerChrysler's very popular minivan family, which also includes the Dodge Caravan and the Chrysler Town & Country. In 200 the Grand Voyager comes again in two trims.

The two long-wheelbase models are the Grand Voyager and Grand Voyager SE. An assortment of seating arrangements are available, including removable captain's chairs or a two-person folding, removable bench for the second row; a three-passenger bench seat for the third row; and integrated child seats for either row. The Grand Voyager's new-for-2000, value-conscious T-Plus package boasts a V-6 engine; power windows, door locks, and mirrors; cruise control; and a tilt steering wheel. Combined with a standard stereo and air conditioning,
