2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager
With its highly successful previous redesign, which has consistently placed th
Plymouth Grand Voyager on the top of the minivan heap, The Grand Voyager enters
the year 2000 with no major revisions. Equipment availability has been slightly
restructured. All models now come with an AMFM stereo with cassette. Additional
standard features include front climate control, a cargo net, child safety locks
and full-length color-keyed carpeting. Four new exterior colors have been added
for this year: Bright Silver, Patriot Blue, Aquamarine and Shale Green.
he SE upgrades the base by adding power heated outside mirrors, floor mats, cruise
control, tilt-steering and four-wheel anti-lock brakes. The optional Climate Group
II includes air conditioning, solar control and sunscreen glass. Additional options
include a roof rack, an engine block heater, tow hooks and a Smoker's Group. The
Plymouth Voyager is the most affordable member of DaimlerChrysler's very popular
minivan family, which also includes the Dodge Caravan and the Chrysler Town &
Country. In 200 the Grand Voyager comes again in two trims.
The two long-wheelbase models are the Grand Voyager and Grand Voyager SE. An
assortment of seating arrangements are available, including removable captain's
chairs or a two-person folding, removable bench for the second row; a three-passenger
bench seat for the third row; and integrated child seats for either row. The Grand
Voyager's new-for-2000, value-conscious T-Plus package boasts a V-6 engine; power
windows, door locks, and mirrors; cruise control; and a tilt steering wheel. Combined
